Inside the AW27 Collection: 43 New Woven Outerwear Styles for Women and Men
Our AW27 development season is complete: 43 new woven outerwear styles — 23 for women, 20 for men — built around four fabric families: PU, sherpa, padded and cotton. The collection is designed as a starting point for brand buyers rather than a fixed catalogue: every block, fabric and trim can be adapted to your brief, and physical samples are available for every style.
Here is what is inside, by fabric family.
Women’s line: 23 styles
PU jackets (4 styles). XH26AW4105, 4107, 4110 and 4112 are built on 100% PU shells with polyester linings — the core everyday-outerwear group, covering clean short jackets and longer silhouettes.
Sherpa textures (5 styles). The tactile group of the season: XH26AW4114 and 4122 use sueded polyester bonded with sherpa; 4119 pairs a polyester shell with a full sherpa lining; 4120 combines a 66% cotton / 34% nylon shell with sherpa lining for a more natural hand-feel; 4121 rounds out the group in clean polyester.
Padded jackets (9 styles). Two series carry the padding program: XH26AW7251, 7252 and 7254 in polyester shells — 7251 with 100% polyester fill — and the XH27AW3515–3544 series (3515, 3523, 3526, 3531, 3532, 3544), all with 100% polyester fill and fully lined.
Cotton and cotton-rich coats (5 styles). For coat programs that need natural fibres: XH26AW7260 in 68% cotton / 32% polyester, 7261 in 100% cotton, 7270 in 100% cotton with a full cotton lining, plus 7263 and 7264 in easy-care polyester.
Men’s line: 20 styles
Padded jackets (9 styles). The deepest group, graded by fill weight so brands can cover autumn through deep winter in one program: XH27AW0508 and 0511 carry 140 g polyester fill, 0516 steps up to 240 g, while 0501, 0507, 0517, 0529 and the XH27AW1094 / 1095 pair complete the range.
Technical polyamide shells (3 styles). XH27AW0518, 0519 and 0523 use 100% polyamide (nylon) shells — selected for abrasion resistance and a clean, technical surface — with 0519 and 0523 in full polyamide lining.
PU jackets (3 styles). XH27AW1087, 1089 and 1093 bring the men’s program in line with the women’s PU group: 100% PU shells, polyester linings.
Cotton and lightweight styles (5 styles). XH27AW6570 in 100% cotton anchors the coat side; XH26AW6046, 6055 and XH27AW6562, 6564 cover the lighter shell and transitional pieces.
The fabric direction behind AW27
Three observations shaped this collection:
- Texture is the differentiator. Sherpa — both bonded and as lining — appears across six women’s styles, responding to how strongly fleece-touch surfaces have performed in European retail over recent seasons.
- Fill weights are graded, not one-size. Men’s padding runs 140 g to 240 g, letting a brand build an autumn-to-winter range from a single factory program instead of splitting production across suppliers.
- Natural fibres stay in the coat story. Cotton and cotton-rich shells (7260, 7261, 7270, 6570) keep the tactile, matte finish that defines premium coat programs.
Every style is a starting point
Nothing in this collection is locked. Blocks can be re-proportioned, shell fabrics swapped, trims changed — the development room works directly from your tech pack or from a reference garment. Model images in the lookbook are digital renderings; for every style, physical samples and real photos are available on request before you commit to bulk.

Frequently asked questions
Can we mix women’s and men’s styles to reach the MOQ?
Yes. The 500 pcs minimum applies per style, and mixed-gender programs ship as one order. Confirm the split with our team when requesting samples.
Are the images in the collection real photos?
They are digital renderings used for presentation. For any style you shortlist, we provide physical samples and real photos before bulk decisions.
Can you develop styles that are not in the collection?
Yes — the collection shows our capability and fabric directions, but full OEM/ODM development from your tech pack or a reference garment is the core of our business.
