We started as a garment factory in Zhejiang province in 2000. As labor costs rose, we moved core production to SHENGTAI in Anhui province in 2016 — now 4 production lines, 150 skilled workers, BSCI-certified (audited for Pimkie and the Inditex Group), with average annual turnover of USD 7.6 million and output of 950,000 woven-outerwear pieces (jackets, coats, beach shorts and more).

Today we focus on independent mid-market brands in Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, and Germany, typically placing 500–5,000 pieces per style, twice a year (SS + AW).

How an Order Works

  1. Brief — Send a tech pack, reference sample, or simply a photo or idea.
  2. Quote — FOB Ningbo all-in price within 24 hours.
  3. Counter-sample — 7–10 days; sample cost refundable against bulk order.
  4. Production — 45 days after sample approval and deposit.
  5. QC — Inline + pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection; inspection report shipped with goods.
  6. Delivery — FOB Ningbo, or CIF / DDP quoted on request.
