Step 1: Consultation & Briefing
We start by understanding your brand identity, target market, and product requirements. We discuss materials, sizing, quantities, and delivery timeline.
Step 2: Design & Development (ODM) / Tech Pack Review (OEM)
For ODM projects, our in-house design team develops initial sketches and material suggestions. For OEM projects, we review your tech pack and provide feedback on manufacturability.
Step 3: Sampling
We produce 1-3 sample rounds based on your requirements. Each sample is reviewed for fit, construction, and material quality. We refine until you are 100% satisfied.
Step 4: Material Sourcing & Pre-Production
We source fabrics, trims, and accessories from our trusted supply chain. All materials are inspected before production begins.
Step 5: Bulk Production
Our 5 production lines, staffed by 150 skilled workers, bring your collection to life. Each stage — from cutting to sewing to finishing — is monitored by our QA team.
Step 6: Quality Control & Inspection
Every garment undergoes a comprehensive quality check at multiple points: fabric inspection, in-line production, and final inspection before packing.
Step 7: Packaging & Logistics
We handle packing according to your specifications (poly bags, boxes, hang tags) and arrange shipping to your destination.
